Policies & Returns

Items with all tags still attached, that are unworn & unwashed as well as footwear in its original box with all of its packaging, free of stains or odour, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse return if the item is not in the same condition as when purchased.

If you choose to pick up your parcel at the boutique, your items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit – with your receipt.

If you choose to have your item shipped to you, your items may be returned within 14 days of the parcel delivery for an exchange – with your receipt.

We do not offer refunds on any purchase.

Any items that were purchased as a FINAL SALE cannot be returned
Final sale items include:
· All items purchased from our SALE section
· All items purchased from our “intimates” section
· Bodysuits
· All items purchased during a sale (Ex. 25% off Z Supply)
· Face masks
· Cosmetics
· Gift cards

When we have received the returned item, you will receive an email with a code for your store credit – this credit can only be used online for a new purchase.

Shipping method (s) & costs
· All parcels will be shipped by Canada Post
· $15 flat rate shipping in Canada
· Free shipping in Canada on orders over $200 before tax
· $30 flat rate shipping to the USA
· Items will be mailed out within 24 hours
· Cut-off for same day shipping is 2pm MST
· Items purchased over the weekend will be processed and shipped out Monday
· Free local pickup is available (as well as curbside pickup) & free delivery within 10km of G&T’s
· We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time, for any reason

If your item meets the criteria stated, email with an explanation as to why you would like to return your item and we will follow up with you and give you your next steps!
Return shipping costs: Please note, customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns

We are unable to cancel an online order once the order has been placed – we are not able to apply discount codes or credit codes after an order has been placed.

Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout. Addresses entered are the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect addresses that need to be changed will result in a fee of $15 if the shipping label has already been printed & has to be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we have no way of changing the address, and you will need to contact Canada Post directly.
